TCVS accepts most major insurance plans. To verify if we accept your specific plan, please visit our InsurancesAccepted page or contact us directly at info@tcavs.com.

Please bring the following items to your first visit:

  • A valid photo ID.
  • Your insurance card(s).
  • A list of current medications and dosages.
  • Any relevant medical records or test results.
  • A referral letter (if required by your insurance).

You can request your medical records by contacting our office or filling out the Request Medical Records form on our website. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Yes! TCVS offers telemedicine consultations, allowing you to meet with our specialists from the comfort of your home. Contact us to see if telemedicine is right for you or visit our Telemedicine page for more details.

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Closed on weekends and holidays

If you need assistance outside of office hours, we offer an on-call service. However, if you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

You can schedule an appointment by:

To reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. We do our best to accommodate changes, but early notice helps us provide the best scheduling options.

TCVS accepts:

  • Cash, credit, and debit cards.
  • Major insurance plans.
  • Payment plans (please contact our financial counselor for details).

If you have a high deductible or need flexible payment options, our financial counselor can assist you. It’s best to call in advance at 726-226-4192 to discuss your options.

During your visit:

  • We may perform diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, to assess your condition.
  • Your provider will create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
