As of September 1, 2026 Dr. Lois Fiala will no longer be practicing medicine with Texas Cardiac and Vascular Specialists, P.A. of San Antonio, Texas. Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate through your written permission. Please feel free to contact our helpful staff to transfer your records to another physician.
