With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Lois Fiala was the first female vascular surgeon in San Antonio, bringing her expertise to Bexar County and South Texas. A former military physician, Dr. Fiala completed her vascular surgery fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and served as Chief of Peripheral Vascular Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center. Her work spans the full range of vascular treatments, from conservative management to advanced endovascular and open surgeries, with a commitment to serving underserved communities.
